Bought 2 bags of the Charwood pellets when I ordered my Woodwind 24. Burn nice and clean, minimal ash, very stable temperature, good products so far.

These alder pellets burn slowly and add wonderful flavor to fish and beef. We use these pellets in a separate burner pan on our gas and our briquet BBQs.....also use with alder wood chips in our smoker when smoking fish.
