Bought this item on internet and picked it up at the store. Easy to assemble, but the little light and music maker on the tray did not work. Called the number on the walker and they sent me a new one immediately. Couldn't ask for faster service, no questions asked. My Grandson loves it.

Its not an easy one step fold but it does fold in 3 steps- step 1 remove adjustable height sides by pressing button and lifting all the way out. Step 2 Push out tabs under seat and lift legs upward.
