I bought a 4" Lenox bi-metal hole saw to cut light fixture holes in light gauge shop roofing used as ceiling in my shop. It cut the first 4 holes fine, but on the 5th the teeth just wore away and would not cut at all.

Read the instructions that comes with the hole saw. Regardless of the brand the larger the hole saw the slower the speed. Too fast and the teeth will burn up.

Lenox needs to come out with a hole saw with FINE teeth per inch e.g. 20 to 24 TPI. There is a great need for tube notching thin wall tubing ( .062" and less) in the aviation and race car fields. The existing hole saws teeth are way to course for thin gauge sheet metal or tube notching.
