Got the boost from 1-2 to all 4 bars. The call quality went from poor/unusable to perfect. The tricky part was to find the nearest tower on the satellite photo in google maps, so that I could figure out the azimuth to orient the antenna.

The instructions and installation were easy to understand and assemble. With the Cell Tower Locator map, just point and lock down. Increased reception from no service to some with full service. Good choice
