      Avoid this radio every cost. I should've listened to the reviews on this radio that told me not to buy it. Thank goodness they agreed to refund my money.

      Product was defective. It would lose all stations programed when vehicle was shut off, background colors did not work and pushed out good sound to one speaker and not the other. Getting a replacement. So as soon as we get our replacement and install it we will update this review.

      this thing is garbage. it worked well for about 4 months, and then the volume knob didn't work correctly. I had to manually turn the volume up and down from the LCD screen. It was under warranty so I called Boss. Their solution was to send me a remote control to adjust the volume. Wow, just awful...
