      Been stuck with this avocado oil for 2 years now. It's healthy for deep frying. So I don't have to buy olive oil separately for healthy eating and then buy an unhealthy oil for deep frying. This does both at the same time.

      This is perfect for our Keto lifestyle. We don't use vegetable oils so this is great. The taste is light and refreshing.

      We love it. We deep fry low carb flour tortillas in it to make chips, and they come out perfect, light and sweet. It has a high smoke point which allows the chips to cook fast and be crisp. It has excellent nutritional value. Only drawback is it is pricey.
