Let me get this out of the way first...directions are difficult to understand, and parts are not easily identified. But once we (my sister and I) got it figured out, it finally went up, and it is beautiful. I don't know why it is called "Big and Tall", it doesn't seem bigger than ordinary swing...

Very comfortable and perfect to set out on my patio next to the pool which is on the South side. Provides some shade. Took approximately 3 hours to put together, easy instructions. Like to way the small part were sealed in packet and marked so you used the right part to put together the swing....

Looks like a pile of pipe at first, but I had it together by myself in about two hours. When you get down to the last couple bolts, you need to pull and tug to get things lined up, but not a bad process. I really like the tray in the middle, and the pouch underneath. It worked for where I needed ...
