This is one fantastic treat. The chocolate is so tasty, the nuts so crunchy, and the sea salt just brings it to the top. I've tried other bars that look almost identical, but this brand and flavor is the best!!!!

For me, the biggest obstacle to keeping on a diet is when I get hungry between meals. Kind bars are healthy, filling low sugar snacks. They really satisfy hunger pangs that occur between meals and help me keep to my daily calorie goal.

These are the best. My doctor suggested these and let me try one. They hit the spot without a lot of sugar or calories. They also taste great. They are a bit expensive on a fixed budget, but worth the expense when your budget allows.

These are excellent bars with natural ingredients- reason for 4 stars is that they are a bit overpriced. Having said that, I used to purchase at Amazon, where they are even more expensive.
