This is a good phone. I'm a non-geek type and need lots of help. The SIM card I purchased did not work. I called Tracfone an they sent me new one which I received in two days. Phone works perfectly.

The phone is better than i expected. it has features that other phones don't have, when you shake it the flashlight turns on. battery life is great too. you don't need to buy a high end phone to get the features you want.
