Definitely delivers smoother lips especially as overnight treatment. Has a white background so daytime use a littler coat is needed.

I have extremely dry lips. The peel, and split every day. I use this in the morning and whenever my lips bother me, and it heals them in no time. Works so much better than chap stick and other over the counter remedies. I highly recommend it.
