Nuts and Seeds is a great Cliff Bar I had not tried until now. Perfect before a workout.

I find a lot of Clif Bars too sweet but the "Nut & Seeds' flavor hits the spot. I eat them everyday and never tire of them. I wish they were more widely available.

I always eat a bar before I run, and while skiing, or playing golf. I've forgotten on occasion to eat or bring one before an activity and I can notice a decline in my performance. I'm grateful to comment on this product as I have experienced real benefits.

I do believe that is my most favorite of all. They make the best snack to have on biking and hiking trips. Actually anywhere we go I keep a couple in my bag just in case. I don't care for all the sugar that's in all the others. Some are just too sweet.
