Soft yarn. Works great as a scrubby. All scrubby's made and given were greatly liked.. The one I have has lasted over 3 years. They do not smell. Occasionally I throw in the washer. Like red heart product sparkle scrubby the best. You need to make sure it is the sparkle and not the knitted...
