I was afraid that this pasta would fall apart if I over cooked it but it holds strong! I am allergic to grains and rice but missed twirling pasta! This tastes good (mostly takes on the sauce flavors) and gives you a traditional vehicle! I will buy this product over and over!

Tasty healthy noodles. Looks odd, black spaghetti noodles, but tastes much better than traditional noodles.

Love this because it's gluten free & I have an orzo salad I love. This is the only place I can find gf orzo
