The Duncan Hines confetti cake dessert is so good! It's so quick and easy for people who want to satisfy a sweet tooth without indulging too much. You can add water or another liquid to it. My preference is to add milk to it, it creates a fluffier texture to it plus it's moist. I do recommend it!
