Literally the best flour I have ever baked with or eaten. Delicious, lower-gylemic, easier to use....Where has this flour been my entire life?! Forget big screen TVs for Black Friday sales. I'd be busting down the door for reduced prices on this flour!

The flour was fresh and made a light whole grain pizza crust. The price will prohibit me from buying more. Was unable to find it at a local store.

Excellent sprouted wheat flour! Took a chance on this purchase but am very pleased with the results in my baking! The price was reasonable for this product and I will purchase again when I finish the last bag.
