First thru the wall a/c for me, so took a little time to install. However, the unit cools well (a 24 degree difference from air going in to air coming out) and the a/c side operates off off 110v, using only 5 amps, so very energy efficient. Have not used the heat and won't till probably December ...

Great Air conditioner. It had a dent on the side but I didn't return it because I needed it now and dent was fixable. I like the unit because it also heats. I originally purchased the 12K BTU unit but the front grill was broken in shipment and I returned that one.

Sooo happy that I made this purchase. The AC part works excellent, I have a lil blanket on my couch & it's summertime! Now if the heater part does just as great as the AC... 100% satisfied customer right here!!!

This unit (and the 12,000 BTU also) both work flawlessly. They heat well AND cool very well. I use them in my Mobile Homes and tiny homes. I have probably bought 2 dozen of them over the years. Always satisfied!! A little noisy, but what my tenants appreciate is that they do NOT keep running cons...
