I've used this mascara for several years now and it seems to be reformulated. I don't know if it's got more chemicals in it now - I hope not - but it does seem to stay better, no more smudges under my eyes.

First, I love that it completely washes off very easily- second it does extend my lashes, third and most important it does not make my eyes itch at all. I have tried numerous mascaras this works best for my super sensitive eyes to any makeup - It's pricy but totally worth it. I agree with another...
