The product worked as advertised. It was easy to install once you have the proper tools. Lacking was was which way to turn the locking ring to release the grinder.

Insinkerator operates quietly and efficiently. The replacement gasket was considerably easy to install. The original Insinkerator, including the gasket which I needed to replace, had been in this house since 1994 and we never had any problems with it.
