Installed spring of 2016 and used it all summer in my building which is very well insulated and it worked very well. Has great output and does the job in a rather harsh environment. Most units I've installed in the building last year and a half so hopefully this one will out last it's predecessors.

This air conditioner is priced right and it's performance is outstanding! LOVE the remote control and the energy saver mode.....The only thing I would change, is that it doesn't have a drain hole (Missouri humidty is brutal so causes any air conditioner to "water" inside the casing)..
