Quality ear protection and excellent fit for smaller heads. Rounded cups properly seal around the ears and right amount of pressure so they won't be loose like the Impact Pros were. These ear protectors do a better job than I expected. They replaced a similar style similiarly priced from a different maker that cannot match the quality of Peltor. Peltor knows what it is doing
