Definitely provides a cooling affect. Goes on sooner smooth I love the applicator stick. I like to use it after I get my lashes done. Only thing is I haven't noticed it help with puffiness but I have very sensitive eyes so I am happy it doesn't give me a reaction.

I use this in the mornings when I haven't rested well. I can apply it right under my eyes and there is no sting, it's very mild. I also use it on my neck muscles. I also use the Refreshmint jar version which I keep in the fridge. The stick version is nice if you want to carry it with you.
