Shelf wall was not centered, so on one side shelves will not even fit. Brackets for shelves are not even and shelves will sit crooked on the one side that does have the space for them.

Safe is awesome. It was missing one of the spindles for the lock wheel. I contacted Stack On and they are sending me one free of charge.

This safe is perfect. It has lots of great features and a backup key in the event the electronic lock fails. Delivery was fast, but I could only get the delivery guys to place it in my garage since it was so heavy (close to 500lbs). I guess I shouldn't expected much for the $9 shipping cost that ...

This safe came through the shipping process with just a few scratches. It is over 500lb and the box appeared to have taken a few big hits but the safe worked just fine. It locks up secure and is easy to adjust the shelves for your firearms or other valuables.
