Daughter keeps this in her dance bag and uses it between classes. Works well for her being only 10. Is a bit small and great for travel, but wouldn't use if every day as it is small. Great for travel or small uses.

Very happy with this roller. I use it mostly for when my back gets tight. I hear my back cracking when I use this, and feel much looser when done. My wife does not like it as much because she feels the foam is too hard. But I give it 5-stars.

I got this for my husband who has serious back pain especially when traveling and sitting in one position for a long period of time. It worked great! The ball helped on the flights and the roller provided great relief at the end of a day of walking.

Perfect size for travel and it all fits in the carry bag. Just as described and works wonderfully.My hubby has a bigger one for home and takes this when he travels because he works out so much.
