The size is best for slim children. My daughter weighs 23pounds and she has very little room left to grow in it. It does help to keep your child face up on the back.

Cute and great for infants. However, the head-pad creates a fold directly where the ears are. That crease collects water that may enter the baby's ears. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the product.

This is a great pfd. My only note is that while my child has a little room to grow into it, it is still bulky for swimming.

All Stearns life jackets have been above average quality with a lower price. I'll get years of use out these vests(I bought 4 sizes, all Stearns)

haven't been able to use the vest yet, but it is very good looking and appears to be well made.
