I work from home and am working in front of a computer 8 hours a day. I've noticed sometimes I get headaches and dry eyes. Using these glasses seems to help with those issues. I think it's important to protect your eyes if you're subjecting them to so much screen time.

I was so happy to get these! It took a little of getting used to because I don't wear glasses ever. After an hour or so I was just fine. I wear them while I'm watching a movie or on my phone for a long period of time. I saw a huge difference. No headache and was able to sleep fast and better.
