please are very wonderful diabetic drinks. I take one in the morning and I eat lunch at 12:00 but they are so delicious. I like vanilla. I also like the strawberries and if you want to lose weight, take one of these in the morning. are any time of the day you want to miss some meal?

These shakes are delicious! I don't experience any weird after taste or clumps as I do with another brand. The chocolate and strawberry flavor are just as tasty. These shakes taste their best when cold, thats my preference. Give them a try!
