I was introduced to Holy Basil by my chiropractor. I am happy to say it relaxes you enough to feel as if you let your hair down. I sleep sounder and even if my sleep was a few hours, I wake up feeling like I slept 8. Great product if you can't stay asleep. It does not leave you feelin groggy.

This holy basil is very underrated. I started using these during an intensely stressful time in my life. I take them everyday, religiously and I feel so much less anxiety and less frazzled.

This supplement has really helped with sleep and. Are me less reactive to annoying stressors. I have yet to try the vegetable capsules but did notice that it says 1 pill is a serving vs 2 on liquid gels, which actually results in half the dose per day.

I prefer the soft gels as well and may not buy this again. I still think this product is good, but will experiment with other brands. I'm not sure if I would recommend the product. It depends on how it goes experimenting with other brands. It would be great to add a "Maybe" option for that question.
