Feel secure for my injured wrist. Soft fabric outside, 1 firm curved metal piece in the palm side to support my weak hand, 1 hard plastic piece on the back side of hand to protect. I have small 5” wrist, it fits good. There are plenty of room for bigger size hand. Very happy with this purchase.
