Calms itchy coughy throat and lasts for hours. I take one cap full every night about an hour before bed and it really calms my throat. It tastes good and not too strong a taste.

Very similar to the Robitussin one I love but you get double for the same price. You can tell it's a little bit thinner but does its job. Definitely recommend the Nighttime version too.

My doctor told me DM will make your blood pressure go up..( which I never knew this about if it had DM on it) but it's always helped me..but it works just like the box tells you..

Save your money with Equate cough syrup compared to brand name products. For me, it was just as effective on combatting my bad cough as Robitussin DM was. I used both brands during my last illness. The only downside was the taste. Robitussin tasted way better than Equate for me.
