[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product. I used to take a much higher dose of melatonin, but I find the smaller dose agrees with me better. The lavender-berry flavor is also quite tasty. I fall asleep quite quickly and it's easy to fall back asleep if I do wake up.
