This is my antacid of choice...it works as advertised, and never fails me. It also doesn't have the calcium that many antacids have, which is a consideration for me - I have a problem with kidney stones.

Zantac really works--doesn't matter if I take it after my heartburn kicks in, or before if I know I'm going to be eating certain foods that have historically given me problems. But either way I've never been let down. Works within an hour too, so I never have to suffer for too long if i wait for ...
