Great stuff. Wish it was a little less expensive, but it does the job. I work shifts (not 9-5 but different hours) six days a week, and use this three or four times a week. For me I take it only when wake up time is 10 hours because it doesn't really kick in for an hour or two.

one of the best nighttime sleep aids I've tried. My doctor said it's one the better ones to use because it's not habit for me and it's pretty gentle. works much better than melatonin

For me this product works. I wouldn't use it every night, but it does help if I cant fall asleep fast. It starts to work usually around 15-20 minutes after you take it depends on how much you take.

I took this not really expecting that much, but boy was I wrong. I followed the directions and had the best nights sleep I've had in a long time. Not only that, it has a decent taste too. I'm glad I tried it.

I have trouble getting to sleep and the Zzzquil helps me get to sleep and stay asleep. The cherry flavor is great! To me, it seems to work faster because it's in liquid form.
