I bought 4 bottles, and my mom, wife and myself have taken them for over 30 days. Two out of 3 have noticed results, at one pill a day( half the recommended amount) double dosage may yield more benefits. Although different brands may be better quality i do recommend this brand for the price.

I have arthritis, essentially in my knees, and have trouble even walking some days. I started taking this along with Glucosamine about 3 years ago and have not had many issues since then. I highly recommend this product for those who are being prescribed medications for arthritis and joint pain!

I have been using this brand tumeric for a number of years. It does the job. I almost never have pain in my 80 year old body. I stopped taking all pain meds except for tumeric.
