I recieved this product from PINCHme as a trial I'm a stay and home mom / wife and this has really helped with my mood , anxiety and depression. I feel really calm during the day and my attitude towards my family has change alot so happy to be using this product.

I really enjoyed this product. I was skeptical and started off taking it only as needed, and felt less stressed throughout my day. I now have it added to my daily supplement routine. The only down side is that the pill itself was a bit on the larger side for me to swallow.
