CALM works great. I take it before I go to sleep and have a very restful night's sleep. The main ingredient is Magnesium so be careful not to take too much.

Love using this product to help manage stress from work. But it also gave me diarrhea the two weeks using it. However, it no longer does that. Thankfully! I feel at peace whenever I drink it.
