A few days of having the phone and it is a great little bargain cell phone. Its BIG, with big clear screen and very snappy. The Calls are clear and I am receiving 4G. The packaging is very nice, came with screen protector and a cover that fits (nothing special). very impressed so far

We couldn't even get it open to install the battery. This must have been a bad one. We have had this brand before but both myself and the Walmart Customer Service Clerk could not get it open when I returned it.
