I absolutely love. C-4. I drink several throughout the day. Cant comment on the workout part, as I do not work out. But it keeps me going all day long. Love the Fruit Linch over the Arctic Snow just hard to find unless I order directly from Cellulor which is the same price and you can get promos!!

Just tried it today, not well versed in pre-workout but it did do somethiny for me. i felt tingly and pleasant throughout my hr workout, more motivated and felt less tired. This stuff is amazing !! I usually just take a little bit in my mouth and drink some water right after and just swish it . I love the flavor !! It also really gets me going in the gym it's very fast acting if you just take the shot in your mouth and drink water right after
