      I made an RV cabinet over winter that would hold this TV bought it on Feb 7th, May 10th I installed the cabinet and turned this TV on 3 different times and it wont turn on any more. Emailed Axess and they took two weeks to email me back with the warrantee and they WILL not pay to ship to them but...

      Arrived as scheduled. Read the instructions, plugged it in, TV started to smoke, unplugged it, called Entrotek's customer service who immediately issued a return shipping label by email -- hassel free, no questions asked; returned TV to manufacturer. Would rather purchase this TV in store instead...

      played tv two times cord was very loose and got hot to touch now has quit playing all togather

      When it arrived, we plugged it in. NOTHING. Tried using 12 volt power, NOTHING. Called customer service, NOTHING. They were ZERO help. (THIS was calling AXESS not Walmart) Returned TV to local Walmart, they credited our payment. Waste of everyones time.
