I researched how much protein I should have per day and was shocked! A good way to add to your daily protein bank is to have one or two protein bars a day. One protein bars are rated in the top 10, and they taste better than any I've tried! Can't beat that!

the best brand tastes great like maple the birthday cake ones are my favorite but they don't carry it here but they have these don't taste like cardboard 20 grams 20 protein per bar.

Real maple flavor. Great with coffee or water. Take one with me on days I'm in the road running errands and it saves on being tempted by fast food as well.

It tastes great. The only thing I don't like, compared to others it's 4 bar and brands have 6. The merchant should look into correcting this.
