My doctor recommended sports drinks to replace loss of electrolytes. Gatorade %26 Vitamin Water are respectively 52% %26 48% sugar. Nurse told me to try Pedialyte that is 22%. I'm 64yrs old %26 borderline diabetic. I'm doing Pedialyte, even if it's a few pennies more.
