These noodles are good to eat anytime, I eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They are light and does not over fill the tummy, only 3 minutes to cook and for those that can not have to much sodium it can be seasoned with Corned Beef, Spam, any kind of lunch meat for taste.
