I purchased this at Walmart. I am highly upset with the company that makes these, which is vibrant life. There are so many complaints about this harness one would think that they would recall these and give the customer a replacement harness. DO NOT BUY!!!

If I didn't have to, I would not have rated this at all even though it made me. I would not waste money on this product. Bought one for my French bulldog and it fit perfectly but is missing the center piece. Do NOT waste your money on this. I will be returning mine!
