Love this mix! I order multiple boxes at a time. Usually swap the oil for applesauce and they come out perfect every time! A great protein packed breakfast or snack to go!

I ordered these to be replacements on my food pantry - so have not used the muffin mix. I did try the apricot syrup - most satisfactory - at least 4-stars!
