I bought this TV for my apartment, and after setting it up, found out the remote was broken. Dealing with customer service was an absolute nightmare, and I still had to pay for a new remote. Don't waste your time, money, or sanity!

Disappointed overall. Not up to the standards consumers reports indicated. Poor quality picture, intermittent response from remote control, no manual included, will not hold settings.

Won't turn on no set up screen and have to unplug it to get it turned off!

This TV freezes up on all channels. It will not stay connected to WIFI and the screen goes black whenever it feels like it. Dont waste your time or money. If the TV I bought was refurbished then all they did was put someone elses problem in a fresh box. Taking this piece of junk back.
