Used the rack to smoke some baby back ribs and it worked great! the ribs were tender and moist. after they finished smoking I placed them on the smoker grill and applied the bb que sauce. they were the best ribs I have ever had! the rib rack was very easy to clean.

I have been using a rib rack for years make sure you put the fat on the ribs on top and don't forget to pull the sheet of fat on the back of the rib

Great product, I replaced my older, smaller rack when I got the bigger smoker. Sturdy enough to hold a whole rack of pork ribs. A tight fit but enough space to hold beef back ribs.
