I have used this individually packed pre-measured product for years. Since it is in a sealed package there is no degradation to the remaining yeast as can happen in a larger container.

Purchased Fleischmann's rapid rise yeast for my homemade rolls for Thanksgiving! Fleischmann's delivered! My dough was started at breakfast at 6:00a.m. and by 11:00 a.m. it had risen, doubled in size and was ready to go. Yeast was active and did its job!

If you bake you always have around these little pockets of yeast. They are practical cheap and does a good job.
