This comb worked really great on my dog's. My dogs have short fur. I'm not sure it would work well with thicker longer fur. I have also used it on my cat's. They are short hair domestic cats. They actually liked it and they don't like anything lol. I recommend this comb. Easy to use works well.

I have a similar product to this but it is wood and I am not fond of using it as it is uncomfortable to hold. This product however had a great design and feel and is much more comfortable to use. Very effective at keeping cats coat brushed and clean.

I have two cats. Both cats did not mind me combing them with this flea comb. I didn't even realize but they did have a few fleas on them. The comb removed them easily. It is a nice size for your hand and coverage when combing. I like the textured hand grip. Allowed me to keep a good smooth grip
