Using it for a Betta. You can add more sponge and filter media to the compartments. The outflow is powerful, but you can adjust the nozzles so they're pointing at the back wall to help decrease flow strength for fish that don't like a strong flow

great tank and better price then everyone I check with Walmart for the rescue again. great lighting for an low tech plant tank. love the quietness of it. glass is thin but I'll be careful.

Great size footprint. Dimensions are smaller than other 9 gallon (and some smaller) tanks we looked at. Looks great and our fish seem happy. Quiet filter and good light options. Wish there was a timer for lights but thats my only con.

5 stars even though there was a tiny surface scratch top right front. All other components were in perfect condition and work well. If you use this for a betta, you are going to need a filter mod of some kind or an output flow baffle to slow it down, it really is a little too powerful for the lon...

Pretty, but top return not great at filtering. My light just went out at 11months!
