I read all the reviews and they said it ran small. My boy is almost 5 months old, 15-20 lbs, and wears 3-6 to 6-9 clothing so I ordered the 12-18 month size and it fit perfectly with a good amount of wiggle room. I didn't want it to be too small in my opinion.
