The first bit of praise goes to the instructions. They very easy to follow and absolutely perfect. Congrats to the Author. Next is it's very easy to use and worked perfectly after assembly. Last is it made my best pork should to date. Yum!

We got the smoker a week ago and smoked a brisket! It was very easy to keep the temp even and the brisket was juicy! I can't wait to try ribs and chicken in it next!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great instructions, easy to follow, had it all put together while watching football on TV. One thing I am not thrilled about is the closed position of the door handles. I would prefer the down position to be closed, instead of horizontal.

I love my Cuisinart Smoker. Easy to setup and works great. Would recommend.to anyone that loves to BBQ. Have used mine a number of times. Get one and enjoy.

very easy to put together and seals wonderfully. The smoker is very substantial and not like others I have purchased in the past. This makes it a little heavier than others but also makes it much more durable and usable. I love the extra water pan which was included. Well done Cuisinart.
